This Policy is in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. It is part of the legal agreement between You and Us. By accessing the Site, You consent to and are bound by this Policy and the Terms and Conditions for as long as You continue to use the or Site, and consent to Our collection, processing, use, and sharing of Device and Personally Identifiable Information (as each is defined below) for the purposes set forth herein. If You do not agree to this Policy or the Terms, You may not access or otherwise use the Site.

If we make revisions, We will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, and the revised version will be effective immediately when it is posted. As part of Your use of the Site, the following types of information may be collected:

  1. Device and Technical Information (“Device Information”) is information automatically collected when you access and use our Site and is information relating to your device or computer, and other information associated with the device You use, which includes, but may not be limited to, the IP address or other unique identifiers that are automatically assigned to Your device used to access the Site; the type of device and type of browser You are using; the third party website from which Your visit to or Site originated; the operating system You are using; the domain name of Your internet service provider; the search terms You use on our Site; the specific pages that you visit or access; the time of day and duration of your visits, internet connection, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify You and includes (but may not necessarily be limited to) You name and username, email address, and location. The only PII we may collect is that information, other than Device Information, that You provide Us on the “Contact” page on the Site, such as name and email.
  3. We do not collect on or through the Site any financial or transaction information.
  1. How Information is Collected

You indirectly provide Us Device Information when You use and access our Site. Device Information is collected by tracking technologies. We may Use tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information. Cookies are small data files stored on Your hard drive or in device memory that help Us improve our Site and Your experience. Clear GIFs and Pixel Tags (also known as web beacons) and other technologies are also used. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are embedded invisibly on web pages. Pixel Tags are a small piece of code embedded invisibly on a website to identify and track the user and user behavior. We may use both Clear GIFs and Pixel Tags in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of Site visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Site usage.

We receive PII directly from You when provide and send us information the “Contact” page on the Site, or when You and We enter into an agreement for use of our services.

  1. Use of Information

               We use the Device Information to provide the Site, to maintain and improve the Site, to diagnose and correct technical issues, for data analysis and analysis of the use of our Site, and for identifying usage trends.  We also use PII You provide to respond to Your submission or inquiry, contact You, offer our services where appropriate  response to your submission or inquiry, to operate our business, and to comply with applicable law

We may also use the Information we receive to operate our business; detect and prevent fraud and protect against criminal activity; defend our legal rights and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell or share any PII with any third parties. However, we may share information we receive or collect in order to detect and respond to violations of our Terms; where required to comply with the law, legal process, or lawful requests by public authorities; and to consult with and obtain advice from our lawyers and other professional advisors to comply with the law and protect our business interests.

  1. Protection of Information

We take seriously the privacy of those who use the Site. We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information We collect. We further take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your information is not transferred to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. However, despite Your and Our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. As such, We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the internet and hence accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.

We will retain Device Information and PII for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Where possible, We apply shorter retention periods and/or reduce identifiability by deleting, aggregating, or anonymizing data.  

  1. Privacy of Children

We do not offer the Site or any of Our services, nor do we direct any of Our activities or services, to any natural person under the age of 14 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect PII from any Children, and any Child may access our Site only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with PII, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected PII from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

  1. Your Rights and Choices 

Depending on where You reside, You may have certain rights regarding Your PII which may include the following rights: (a) to access the PII We hold about You; (b) to correct inaccurate or incomplete PII; (c) to request deletion of Your PII; (d) to request a copy or portability of Your PII that We obtained from the Site. If You make a request of Us with respect to Your PII, we may have the legal obligation to first verify Your identity, and may do so and may also request certain information so we can fulfill Your request.
